Dear Computer Society Turkiye members,
We would like to announce to you the IEEE Computer Society Türkiye Master Thesis Awards.
We consider these awards essential to recognize and introduce members who contribute to science in our branch.
An award ceremony will be organized within the scope of the 10th International Conference on Computer Science and Engineering (UBMK 2025) for the authors and supervisors of the master’s theses who have earned the right to receive an award (https://ubmk.org.tr/).
Important information about the competition is shared below.
Application Requirements:
- Only master’s theses will be accepted.
- Theses within the scope of the Computer Science and Engineering discipline will be accepted.
- At the time of application, it is expected that the student or supervisor is a member of the IEEE Computer Society.
Required Documents (must be merged into a single PDF file):
- A cover letter summarizing the scope of the thesis and the prominent features for the application
- Approved thesis
- Publications from the thesis work or other documents to support the application (such as best paper award certificate)

Important Dates (Extended):
- Deadline for applications: Until August 7, 2025
- Evaluation period: August 10, 2025 – September 1, 2025
- Award ceremony: September 17-21, 2025
